We are looking for someone who is passionate about KILLSTAR and is ready to grow in a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our supply chain strategy reporting to Logistics Manager, identifying new opportunities for operational improvements, driving sustainability initiatives and working alongside a management team of passionate professionals. Based in our Brighton HQ, you will act as an integral member of our Supply Chain Team, working alongside our Product, Customer Experience and Operations Team to deliver a best-in-class operation, delivering cost savings and improving our end-to-end customer experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Tracking all inbound shipments from origin to destination for Retail, Wholesale (UK, EU, US).

• Working closely with our preferred freight agent and suppliers to ensure stock in shipped on-time for Sea Freight and Air shipments.

• Managing consolidations with our Suppliers and our freight agent at Port of loading for reduced shipping costs without risks to planned ETA’s.

• Ensuring all late ETD’s, ETA’s are communicated in a timely manner with KILLSTAR stakeholders.

• Checking and approving all shipping documents to ensure we are compliant with i.e. B/L, Air Waybills, final commercial invoices, trade documents for local customs in respective importing countries.

• Managing /assigning commodity codes accurately for all Import shipments to all regions (US, UK, EU) before shipment arrives at destination.

• Support with benchmarking for Inbound and outbound (Retail, Wholesale) for Sea, Air, Road shipments.

• Tracking all Launch shipments from POL and advising all key stakeholders on late arrivals.

• Identify any cost savings activities within the logistics Inbound and outbound.

• Review current processes and implement new ways of working to form robust process.

• Managing logistics drive and is kept updated regularly i.e. rates, shipping documents etc.

• Ensuring we are meeting agreed KPI’s on Inbound and outbound with freight agent/couriers.

• Inventory accuracy ensuring ordered quantities are shipped for the US /EU/ UK.

• Carrying out administrative tasks to support Logistics Inbound and Outbound shipments and drive efficiency throughout the logistics functions.

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

• Knowledge of Incoterms for International Inbound shipments.

• Presenting logistics data, support with training on courier, freight agent portals to internal KILLSTAR teams.

• Developing meaningful reports for warehouses, internal stakeholders.

• Identifying improvements from origin and ship to countries (Retail, wholesale).

• Holding all inbound documents for customs and exercise to ensure we are compliant for inspections i.e. customs declarations, commercial invoices etc.

• Support with tenders on Inbound and Outbound shipments.

BONUS IF YOU:

• Have experience of using Shopify, Flexport or Warehouse Management Systems such as SKUVault, Peoplevox etc.

• Have experience working within a Fashion DTC environment or with suppliers.

• Have advanced skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel i.e. V Look Up, Pivot Table.

• Have experience in working in the far east region such as China, Vietnam, India, etc.

WORK HOURS & LOCATION:

Here at KILLSTAR, we support a hybrid working model. This means you will join us on site for three days a week at our HQ in Brighton. The other 2 days can be spent working from wherever you choose, either on-site, remotely or from home.

This role is a full-time position of 37.5 hours, with hours worked between 08:00am – 06:00pm, Monday through to Friday.
