We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development of bold, insight-led campaigns that build brand equity, drive customer acquisition, and deliver measurable growth. This role sits at the intersection of brand, acquisition, retention, social media, and creative execution, shaping 360° campaigns that connect with audiences across digital, retail, and experiential channels. You’ll play a key role in translating marketing strategy into high-impact creative that delivers both cultural relevance and commercial performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Creative Strategy, Brand & Acquisition
Lead the development of integrated campaigns that strengthen brand positioning and build consumer trust while driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Translate marketing objectives and audience insights into compelling, conversion-focused creative.
Balance brand building and performance marketing, ensuring creative delivers across both awareness and acquisition funnels.
Champion consistent, distinctive brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
Work with our CEO to develop our brand book, ensuring our brand identity is reflected in all channels.
Ensure all website content is optimised for SEO.
Work closely with the CX team to ensure a deep understanding of our customer, developing content that resonates with our customer personas.
Social & Content Leadership
Own the creative direction for social-first content strategies, ensuring relevance across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Develop engaging, high-performing content that drives reach, engagement, and conversion including social-first and UGC-led campaigns.
Stay ahead of platform trends, creator culture, and content innovation to keep the brand competitive.
Ensure content has measurable KPIs to enable continuous testing, learning, and performance improvement over time.
Campaign Delivery, Events & Trade Activation
Oversee end-to-end delivery of campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
Own the brand marketing calendar, be the campaign manager and own briefs for all new launches and promotions.
Work closely with Merchandising and E-commerce to align on trade planning, paying close attention to the forecast and being reactive if needed to ensure trade stays on track to hit target.
Align with the CRM team on messaging and approve all imagery and copy.
Lead the creative execution of marketing events, activations, and trade-focused initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
Ensure campaigns are aligned to key trading moments, seasonal strategies, and commercial objectives.
Ensure every campaign balances creative and commercial goals and is clearly targeted to the core customer.
Own campaign performance wrap-up for each launch and promotion, consolidating cross-departmental insights and assessing performance against defined goals.
Maintain a strong awareness of what’s happening in the market, keeping a close eye on competitors and the wider retail industry.
Agency & Partner Management
Lead and manage relationships with creative, production, and media agencies, ensuring best-in-class output.
Brief, guide, and challenge agencies to deliver work that meets brand standards and performance goals.
Build a strong network of external partners, freelancers, and creators to scale creative output effectively.
Monitor agency spend to ensure efficiency and minimise wastage, regularly reviewing partnerships and the balance of agency vs in-house.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Inspire and lead a high-performing brand marketing, social, CRM, creative, and production team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Work closely with merchandising and e-commerce to deliver joined-up campaigns.
Act as a key connector between creative vision and commercial delivery.
Line manage the Graphic Design Manager, Creative Production Lead, Social Manager and CRM Manager.
Performance & Growth Focus
Use data and insights to optimise creative performance across channels.
Develop campaigns that deliver against KPIs including acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue.
Own channel attribution, assessing performance of each channel over time.
Continuously grow our email and SMS subscribers and app users.
Build a plan to improve customer retention, repeat rate and increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
Continuously test, learn, and refine creative approaches to maximise ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Technology, Process & Operational Excellence
Own the marketing tech stack, ensuring systems talk to each other efficiently and give analytical insight for continuous improvement.
Streamline workflows to enable efficient, scalable content and campaign production.
Manage budgets effectively, balancing creative ambition with commercial return.
Implement processes that support agility, speed to market, and consistent quality.
