We are looking for someone who is passion about Fashion and has a genuine love for the KILLSTAR brand and aesthetic. In this role, you will support the delivery of studio shoots and product imagery, assisting with the smooth running of day-to-day studio operations and campaign shoots. Reporting into the Creative Production Lead and based within our Product Team at our Brighton HQ, you will play a key role in bringing our product to life through high-quality visual content.

You will work closely with the Creative Production, E-Commerce and wider Product Teams, supporting on-set activity, preparing studio equipment and ensuring shoots run efficiently. We are look for a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail, who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Handle steaming, styling preparation and basic garment care

• Assist with the setup and pack-down of studio shoots

• Prepare and organise products, props and garments for shoots

• Receive and organise studio equipment

• Assist with shoot schedules and styling decks

• Support preparation for creative projects

• Provide general administrative support, including emails, filing and document preparation

• Run occasional errands to support day-to-day studio operations
  

WHO YOU ARE:

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

• You have a strong interest in Fashion, Photography or Creative Production

• You are organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support day-to-day studio operations

• You are comfortable with hands-on tasks and have an understanding of garment care and product preparation (or are eager to learn)

BONUS IS YOU:

• Previous exposure to Studio, E-commerce, or Creative Production environment, ideally within Fashion or Retail

• Familiarity with garment handling, including steaming and preparing products to a high visual standard

• Experience supporting sample management, stock organisation or inventory processes

• An understanding of content and product descriptions

• Have an interest in the KILLSTAR brand aesthetic, products and the alternative fashion landscape

WORK HOURS & LOCATION:

Here at KILLSTAR, we support a hybrid working model. This means you will join us on site for 3 days a week at our Brighton HQ. The other 2 days can be spent working from wherever you choose, either on-site, remotely or from home. Some domestic and international travel may be required periodically.

This role is a full-time position of 37.5 hours, with hours worked between 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday through to Friday.
