E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the nuts and bolts of e-commerce practices, and ready to learn and grow in a team environment. In this role, you will report to our E-Commerce & Trading Manager, supporting the wider team, to optimise our digital footprint and ensure our customer experience is outstanding. Based in our Brighton HQ, our ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working in e-commerce and has an interest in pursuing a career in this sector. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide support with all e-commerce campaigns across all sales channels including, but not limited to, the online store and mobile app.
- Work to strict deadlines with ongoing e-commerce projects and tasks.
- Schedule product and content updates via Shopify and other content management systems.
- Maintain the theme and app with up-to-date content including but not limited to, menus, homepage banners, page content and promotional messaging.
- Maintain products and collection information including tags, media, copy and other settings as per the standard operating procedures.
- Maintain product merchandising as per the standard operating procedures.
- Publish products and content in line with agreed timelines.
- Monitor and review all sales channels to ensure the accuracy of information at all times.
- Report website and content errors via the appropriate channels.
- Complete and support internal requests.
- Support tasks needed for the smooth running of the e-commerce operation.
- Provide reports as well as verbal feedback to managers on request.
- Help with customer service live site issues.
- Help approve/reject customer reviews.
- Competitor analysis and reporting.
- Undertake daily site walks/audits.

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
- An interest or some study in marketing and or e-commerce.
- Executing multiple projects at once, balancing priorities and managing resources to get things done.
- Have skill and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel.
BONUS IF YOU:
- Have immersed yourself in the alt community and scene, including fashion.
- Have previous experience of using Shopify, or any other ecommerce platform.
- Have experience in coding using HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ruby or Liquid. However, this is not a requirement although exposure in these areas would be desirable.
WORK HOURS & LOCATION:
Here at KILLSTAR, we support a hybrid working model. This means you will join us on site for three days a week at our HQ in Brighton. The other 2 days can be spent working from wherever you choose, either on-site, remotely or from home.
This role is a full-time position of 37.5 hours, with hours worked between 08:00am – 06:00pm, Monday through to Friday.
